Will that mixture cause an adverse reaction?

Mixing acetic acid and peroxide can form
peracetic acid, an organic peroxide. That organic peroxide class of compounds can have nasty characteristics including corrosive, toxic, and explosive. However, synthesizing this typically requires a strong catalyst and you are already starting with highly diluted acetic acid (vinegar). That means the odds of making any significant quantity are low. Still, the concentrations required for some nasty health effects are quite low.
I’d avoid DIY chemistry at home and stick with products designed for removing lead from bores such as
Shooter’s Choice. If there was some magic mixture that was super simple and could outperform existing products, it would already be sold by someone for profit. There are also solvent-free options:
