My wife and I had the pleasure of driving up to meet David Truong at his establishment in Fountain Valley today. I had reached out to him about a week ago to ask advice on selling a watch. I sent him pictures and he surprised me with a great offer up front. I accepted. If you have never been to his store, it is obvious that he is a great family oriented man and participates strongly in the community. A true professional and it was a pleasure meeting him and doing business.

One foot inside the store and I had the exact same reaction as you did. My quick visit left a mark on me that I won't forget.

Never been there, will probably never make it there, but my online contact, purchases, and repairs with his shop have been without equal.

I will never go to another jeweler with out contacting David first.

After 14 years, these always surprise me. He is the first stop for all things jewelry. I was first introduced by this forum in 2011, have been thrilled to know and work with him.

You can't go wrong with him. He helped me out on my 25th anniversary and again this week on our 35th with the completely custom piece below. Plus a lot of fun things in between! Now if I could just get him as my personal Air Marshall on any flights we take.

Mimi's Jewelry

Dave is a gem. He is incredibly talented, but he also has tremendous customer service and maintains excellent communication through the whole purchase/ design process. My first transaction with him was under $100, and since then I've purchased custom pieces that cost thousands. Regardless of what he was doing for me, I never felt like I wasn't his most important customer.

I live across the country, but he's the first and last place I look when it comes to anything Jewelry.

"The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford, "it is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them. They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards."
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."
"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard, then the wrong lizard might get in."

I bought my first watch from him probably 15 years ago. With one of my first commission checks from my first "real job" out side of service industry.

He's amazing and a cornerstone of SigForum.

I was a small time customer... bought a basic Luminox.
He treated me like I was a big dollar hotshot.
