My days with USAA may be numbered as well.

USAA is but a shadow of their former selves.

Had a lengthy thread here a bit back where I documented the severe pain in getting an extensive hail damage claim settled.

Was a 46 year member but no longer. Moved everything to American Family and haven't looked back.

Certifiable member of the gun toting, septuagenarian, bucket list workin', crazed retiree, bald is beautiful club!

Bloodsuckers. Only the insurance companies operate on a "you pay for a service we wont provide" basis.
My Ex has 40 years in the insurance business and recommends shopping around for better deals at least yearly. I am currently with Progressive but would bail in a heartbeat if my premiums increase. Zero loyalty for Flo!
And often, insurance companies base your rate on your credit score. Which I think is wrong.

They jacked mine up beginning of last year, perfect driving record no claims, I called they told me zipcode I live in has very high rate of car theft and accidents, Atlanta and North GA area in general. Went back to my old agent at State Farm. USAA had a great rate when I switched 10 years ago and then they just kept raising it once they had me.

Insurance in any form or any protection from almost any carrier is "legalized gambling"... You pays your money in hopes that the company will honor the plan that you paid for..... Some might have better luck in playing the "lottery"...................... Hope you find a new dealer ...... drill sgt.
