Congratulations Elk! Our DIL has been over there for the past couple of months working on the intel side. Should be home in a couple of weeks...Maybe they know each other??

Serving in the armed forces is a praiseworthy and honorable act, even it it’s due to conscription or if at some point someone says, “That’s it; I’ve had enough,” and stops serving. It is a far different thing, though, when someone volunteers for such duty, experiences some of the horrible consequences of volunteering for a highly dangerous activity, and then voluntarily returns to the cauldron. Those who are waiting for their return can only try to exhibit a fraction of their courage.
