Border Patrol Agent with a great interview on CNN of all places speaking the truth on the things that agents see on a daily basis. Did a good job while trying to be baited into the crying baby trump is bad narrative.

Yeah, It's a pretty good interview from a BP agent. I used to work for the INS years ago in a detention facility. so, I have some knowledge of this issue. The press likes to show kids in cages but those are temporary holding places where we set up a folder with their paperwork. We take their filthy clothes and give them clean clothing. We inventory their property. They get a sack lunch in case they haven't eaten and they even get a health check from doctors and physician assistants. Then they are moved to areas where they will sleep and stay until they are processed through the system. There is nothing inhumane about their detention. The only thing that is inhumane is a parent risking their child's life by taking them across the desert. Perhaps we should charge their parents with child abuse too.

That would be a damn good idea.

The best way to insure these poor people don’t suffer these inhumane conditions is a rock solid, impenetrable border. Not a one of them gets in, problem solved. No separated families, no crying children, every last one of them stopped cold in Mexico.

I hate the fact that these people are referred to as "immigrants". They are not immigrants. They are trespassers. We as a country and society owe them nothing and did not ask them to come here. We are not responsible for the conditions they are fleeing from.
That said:
1- Use our military to close our borders. Now. Today. Announce loudly and often that that our southern border is now a free fire zone. Will some people get shot? Possibly. But since this kind of force is used in their home countries, I would guess that few will challenge us when they know we mean business.
2- This is not an America problem, it is a Mexico problem. Advise Mexico that we are suspending all trade and closing our border entry ports until they cease allowing passage of "immigrants" through Mexico for free access to our border.
3- Everyone in custody is bused back to Mexico. Now. Today. Even if it takes an armed escort to force the issue, take these people back to the source of the problem - Mexico.
Once we are fully in control of our own border, advise the Mexican government that failing to control and seal their border creates a danger to the safety, security and sovereignty of the US and is in fact an act of war against us.
Do I want to see a shooting war between the US and Mexico? No I don't. But such an act is not unprecedented in our history. The cartel wars, corruption, ignorance and apathy of the Mexican nation and people have gone on to the point that is no longer tolerable and is a direct threat to the US.
And occupy the shithole that is Mexico? Nope. Who wants it? Destroy everything within a two mile radius (think of Dresden in WWII) of our border and then withdraw to our border.
If need be, rinse and repeat until Mexico figures out we are no longer a dumping ground for "immigrants".
Will this happen? Nope. We have the ability but not the resolve, political will or courage to make it happen. So lets just keep on keeping on!

The media is driving this propaganda and they think after many failed attempts they finally have something.

Control the border --> as in close it <-- and all these problems are taken care of.

The ONLY "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" we need is a large wall. This would allow the concentration of human resources where a wall is not possible due to terrain.
The commies hate the idea because it's the only thing they can't legislate away when they regain power.
BUILD THE FREAKING WALL ALREADY!!

They are more like lice or vermin or a plague. But I digress.

Recently the fake news and others have been using the term "migrants."
