And our nation was the most prosperous in the world.


We had absolutely no national debt.
We had the largest middle class in the world.
And Mom stayed home to raise the kids.

Walk 1,000,000,000,000 inches around the equator of the earth…

I got curious and punched some numbers.

If I averaged walking 3 miles a day (which seems reasonable to me) for 60 of the last 72 years, that works out to just over 4 billion inches.

No wonder my knees hurt...
