If I were a supplier to her, I'd tell her she can still buy from me, but only on a cash and carry basis. I would explain that I would not want the reputation of my business tainted by having my delivery trucks associated seen at her restaurant. The cash part, I would not tell her, because I doubt she will be in business long enough for her credit to be any good.

Sorry, I disagree. When on "company time" doing what he was elected to do, that is one thing. When he is "off the clock" having dinner with his wife that should be "his time". Obviously I was brought up wrong at least according to today's standards.
