There's a very simple explanation why it was released now but not before.

According to NYPost, Westman maintained a YouTube account that featured a video displaying multiple weapons.
One screenshot from the video showed a semi-automatic rifle and a shotgun, with text on one magazine reading "kill Donald Trump."
Benny Johnson confirmed: "Minneapolis Catholic church shooter Robin Westman was a transgender who "identified as a woman" and legally changed his name from "Robert" in 2020."

HRKThe Shooter is Robin and Robert Westman, the x post below has plenty of information, the manifesto, pictures of the rifle and magazines with messages on them such as Kill Trump
There are also messages about Israel, that 6 million isn't enough, and messages written in either Russian or Ukrainian on the mags.
Heres the sad part, this was on utoob for two hours before he acted, and nobody flagged it, they let it run, he had presumably posted messages about Trump as well.

Hours later, two people died in two other shootings in the city. Police said early Wednesday that they don’t yet know if any of the shootings are connected.
At a news conference Tuesday following the first shooting, Police Chief Brian O’Hara said the shooter walked up to a group of people who were standing at the corner of East 29th Street and Clinton Avenue South and opened fire.
One man died from his injuries; five other men and a woman were injured in the gunfire.
O’Hara said the attack was not random, and the killer fired about 30 rounds from a high-powered rifle.
“It’s more a weapon of war than something to be on the street here,” O’Hara said. “Just the damage that was done to the bodies of some of these victims is unspeakable. And thankfully we don't have more people that are dead from this incident.”
O’Hara said investigators are still trying to identify and locate the suspect, who ran from the scene.
“We have substantial pieces of evidence that we are reviewing,” he said.
O’Hara added that five of the victims ran away and took shelter in nearby businesses.
The shooting happened outside Cristo Rey Jesuit High School while students were inside. O’Hara did not say if anyone affiliated with the school was involved in the incident.

ranger3121 killed, 6 injured Tuesday when gunman opens fire outside of a Catholic high school in Minneapolis yesterday. Gunman got away.
This was only 10 minutes away from today's shooting. I'm not trying to be a conspiracy theorist, but its hard to believe they aren't connected somehow.

Yes, we are learning that a high percentage are sociopaths. Perhaps transgenderism should be regarded as equivalent, or at least a contributing factor to sociopathy? It is certainly a profound mental disorder.
