Yeah, the hair is gone, but I still need a comb after a shower. The back of the comb is a pretty good squeegee. Smile

I am not bald, nor do I have the right shape of head for shaving or a buzz cut. But I think it better to accept one's baldness than silly and obvious-looking attempts to try to hide it, or spend tens of thousands of dollars on "remedies."

If the study is meant to imply that men with thinning or balding hair look better when they embrace it and shave their heads, then I would absolutely agree with that. But don't try and tell me that a woman would prefer a bald headed man over one with Brad Pitt like locks cause that just ain't so.

I dunno....quite a few women admit to being very attracted to Jason Statham, to pick one notable bald dude. His is a case where body trumps hair to whatever extent though, too.

No, it's true. And they like 'em to be fat too.

Because he's an attractive guy. As is Dwayne Johnson, Bruce Willis, Vin Diesel, etc. These guys have a lot going for them and also happen to look very good with a bald noggin. All things being equal though, it's hard to beat a full, luxurious, thick head of hair.

But I'm sure most women put a lot of weight in other areas of attractiveness more than they do in a man's hair. Confidence, physical bearing, being successful, strong and healthy...I have to believe most women will choose these attributes over hair any day.

Guys, remember, this survey was with college students. Roll Eyes

I would like to see surveys from different age groups: 30-40, 41-50, 51-60, and over 60. This would be a more accurate reflection of a mature woman regarding hair and sex appeal.

I always hear "It's not the size of the boat, it's the motion of the ocean", but...you can cross the Atlantic a heck of a lot faster in an ocean liner than you can in a dingy Wink

I'm not bald YET, but I am definitely rocking the tee tops ala Bruce Willis in Die Hard 1.....
