Shout Out to XS Sights Customer Service

I'm very impressed with XS Sights Customer Service (specifically Danny) and their quick and easy warranty process.

In March 2025 I purchased an XS Sights tritium night sight for my Ruger LCR .38 Spl. I installed it carefully IAW the instructions, and all seemed well at first. Recently however, I noticed the tritium vial appeared red vice green, and of course, no longer glowed at all. I submitted a warranty request to XS Sights Customer Service online on Saturday, and by Monday they were already shipping me a replacement sight. I received it today and installed it. This new one also seems to be brighter than the previous one was when I received it. It apparently leaked over time causing the tritium in the sight to turn red/brown.

Kudos to XS Sights for standing behind their product and responding so quickly!
