Canada is going to be very tough to beat. As always.

Four Avalanche prospects are playing in this game. 3 for Canada and one for the US. Its going to be fun, but I think the USA will be stepping into a buzz saw.

They better shut them out because if the Canadians get one that's going to open up the flood gates. And, an Avalanche prospect with the helper on that goal.

2-0. So far USA has them pinned back. Both goalies in this game are property of the Florida Panthers.

Canucks are out of it unless they start getting some shots on goal.
Neither team looking that good.

Canada starting to control the puck the last half of the period. Hit the pipe on a shorty and Knight saved at least one more goal. Third period is going to be frantic. Fun game so far.

Nicely done indeed! A nice three hour break from all the other noise and a happy ending to boot!

In a 7 game series the Canadians would have won in 5. But, when its one game take all this is what can happen. Frankly, when the Russians blew this team out in the first game I didn't think this was going to happen. Holy crap.

^^ Just to reinforce your point, that would be the Russia that ran into Finland in a dark alleyway earlier this evening. Perhaps pulling their goalie should've been more of an ambush?

Nice work by USA.

One of my Ducks prospects got the 2nd goal but what really impressed me was the goalie.

Also nice to hear them belt out the national anthem.

The Ducks are loaded with prospects. Look out for them in the future.
