My niece and her fiance are both new med school graduates, May 2021, and are both doing their residency in Columbia. They start mid June and are in need of a good place to live. They expect to be there 4 or 5 years so buying something in the 200k range is the plan. Safe area, low maintenance, convenience to University Hospital and dog friendly is what they are looking for.

Any tips on available homes, best realtors, areas to stay away from would be welcome. There is a planned development called Martha's Grove that has been mentioned and it looks good on paper. They are not working with a realtor yet. Thanks.
