It is not for me but for a friend of the family. I am needing to get pointed to a good family law attorney who could take something in the Dallas/Denton Texas area. My wife asked me to ask.

What I have heard so far doesn’t make a lot of sense, but the couple were never married and have a child. The mother wants her ex to pay for her son, but apparently had her parental rights stripped in a custody agreement.

So if anyone knows of a good attorney for something like this please let me know so I can pass their information on. My email is in my profile. I know we have several attorneys on here so hoping they may be of help.

I believe that one of our SIGforum attorneys practices family law in Texas, but not the Dallas area.
