So I cooked an amazing meal for my amazing wife and myself.
Started off by cutting down a whole New York into single steaks.
Seasoned one with black truffle salt, fresh garlic granules, and freshly ground coarse black pepper. I let it rest until room temp. Grilled it on the Traegar with a mix of apple, cherry, hickory. Pulled it at medium - med-rare. Was about medium when cut.
A pair of King Crab legs, steamed nicely, with clarified butter and fresh squeezed lemon.
Then some pumpkin ravioli with brown butter, dill, sumac and coriander. Topped with some Parmesan. During dinner she had a pink moscato and I had a Pinot Noir.
Finished it off with a couple Costco chocolate chip cookies, and some Decaf Nespresso.

Her pistol is a Browning Buckmark. Mine is the Sig P228.

Dude.

That would be like winning the lottery and eating the finest food, followed by driving a fancy sports car, making love to the woman of your dreams, and then getting to use all of your saved up coupons at Kohl’s.

A Hillshire small plates lunchable(?) from Kroger after a 14 hour workday (night).

It’s what my wife wanted. I don’t argue, I just make what she wants.

There are some bar chairs that make the counter a nice place to eat. I just pulled them back because they messed up the picture.
