If in reality the true majority of Dems are actually moderate, as they often claim (which I sincerely doubt), why don't they stand up and tell the far lefties to sit down and STFU! I find it hard to believe that only a handful of these idiots are the driving force of an entire political party. It must go a lot deeper to take control of the entire group, in which case there is a huge underlying plot to subvert the governance of this nation as we know it. Scary shit! Same reason so-called “moderate” muslims don’t control their own. There are no moderates as they all want the same thing. ________________________________________________________ It is long past time for a Convention of States. When I ask a self-described moderate what the positions are on policies e.g. taxes, federal spending, border enforcement or Bill of Rights, they have no answer. They have no foundational principles (conservative or marxist). They seem primarily to want no conflict.

Many Democrats are "religious," not in their actual beliefs, but in the tradition of their upbringing. Much like few raised Baptist become Methodist, it is what you are taught in your early years that stays with you for the rest of your life. Few care to question the teachings of their parents (which in most cases is a good thing). Many of my generation were brought up by parents who formed their political alliances in the era from the start of WWII through the civil/women's rights movements of the 60's. During those years, Conservative values were being challenged on all sides and to many, the choice between D and R seemed a no-brainer. These folks taught their kids that R == evil, and most of the latter will stay committed to their parent's teachings no matter how crazy the party gets. They are, simply, not able to conceive otherwise. I was one of these misguided youths, at least up until I had to start earning my own living, and had enough time away from my leftist, but well-meaning mother to really think things through.

Bottom line is they're just bad people, bad morals and ethics, power at any cost including deception, bald faced lying, cheating, stealing, libel, rioting, burning, looting, whatever it takes to destroy anyone who's not with them. They're fomenting their revolution and anything goes. Including bullets. Lover of the US Constitution Wile E. Coyote School of DIY Disaster

Don’t trust your enemies. I know it sounds harsh BUT….. The question of “what the heck do……” can be answered easily as far as I can figure. They’re plotting/planning/scheming. Remember the pre Covid era when Antifa was starting their shenanigans and how disorganized they were? At the time I felt “sure they were minor league players now but give them time and they’ll up their game.” I said that to a number of people and they felt I was overreacting. Does anybody remember some media talking heads laughing them off? Treating them as unruly children? That’s how I remember some news reports at the time, maybe I’m wrong though. Who or what is their source(s) of funding? It’s been announced that next Saturday is another “No Kings” day across the nation. Not a coincidence obviously, same time and day. Well, I predict the Democratic side especially the far far left/Socialist factor is still plotting/planning/scheming in the same vein. I hope I’m wrong, only time will tell. This message has been edited. Deporting the illegals and ending H1B sort of programs will cure so much more than just housing shortage. Housing, crime, traffic, culture clash, low wages, over burdened medical system, over burdened free-shit programs, election security, on and on… “That’s what.” - She

Conservatives have always had a good housing strategy: Get a job, be responsible and have good credit, save for a down payment (or do a hitch in the service and use the GI Bill), and get a mortgage. It ain't complicated. ________________________________________________________ It is long past time for a Convention of States. It is only a short matter of time before a Country backs the Looney left, and they make an attempt to overthrow our government.

I don't think you're wrong. I believe there are a relatively small number of backers providing money and organization. These people are truly traitors or foreign enemies who need to be found and neutralized. Then there is an increasing number of willing participants leading the violent mobs. Regional and local bosses so to speak. They're traitorous insurrectionists who need to be fully prosecuted. These are the true believers who are determined to bring down the country. They won't give up.

Fly-Sig, I’ve always tried not to fall into the conspiracy theory mode but maybe as I’m getting older I’m getting easier to convince of this. But there’s just too much coincidence to be chance. Kind of like I’m predicting that a settlement will come to the Government shutdown early next week so the Democrats won’t lose face if they acquiesce to the Republicans over the budget. All theatrics, smoke and mirrors. The No Kings demonstrations coming up next Saturday is their focus to look good with their “Look what we are doing to fight the evil Republicans for you our loyal party members.” -------------------------------------—————— ————————--Ignorance is a powerful tool if applied at the right time, even, usually, surpassing knowledge(E.J.Potter, A.K.A. Mostly I believe there are loose or informal conspiracies happening, not some big intricate web of people all coordinating their efforts. Lots of useful idiots at the local level to do the dirty work.

If you really want to put things into perspective, you should download Guide to the Analysis of Insurgency. ETA: Updated 2012 edition. This document is not a step-by-step guide, per se, but a general discussion and framework to try to make sense of events to see if it is an insurgency, if so, what stage it is in, and what the next likely path will be. You will have to fit the current events and facts into the framework. No set of circumstances ever fit perfectly into such a framework, but as I have used this guide, it appears to me we are in the transition from a pre-insurgency to incipient stage of an urban-cellular insurgency, though there are some characteristics of an open-insurgency stage conflict. One of the characteristics of the urban-cellular typology is the lack of central coordination and leadership, supporting your observation that the conspiracies are loose and informal. This space intentionally left blank.
