Every time on of us is singled out like this there should be 5000 or more supporters standing guard outside of their house in a show of support and solidarity against the corruption.

So if a family is from Germany they deserve our support, but if they are from Mexico they do not? The selective enforcement of laws is what got us into our current "immigration" crisis. We can appreciate the plight of folks in other countries, but bringing them all here is not a reasonable solution.

They should have just sneaked through the Southern Border and immediately went on welfare.

Pretty sure a WIDE OPEN southern border is what got us into our current 'immigration' crisis...

This land used to be a refuge for relief from religious persecution.

Mars, with respect...we all know you're throwing a spear at the idea of religious freedom from indoctrination in public schools. Consider turning the situation around and imagine being forced to send your children to a Muslim school, forcing sharia law and other persecutions aimed at indoctrination away from your beliefs.

I personally find it appalling and unacceptable that families seeking to come here legally to assimilate into our culture and be productive...would be turned away simply due to their religious beliefs. Entrenched, nonelected atheists are pushing THEIR religion in who and how they apply immigration decisions and laws.

Something to be said about going through the process legally.
They did not sneak in.
The Democrats are supporting the Cartels.
The hypocrisy of ignoring the Southern Border is pure racism against anyone not brown.
They do nothing about the millions who just sneak in, never go to their hearing and end up in the sanctuary cities.
HUGE difference of scenarios, IMO.

Yes. That's right.
But even beyond immigration laws, the left selectively uses prosecution/non-prosecution to target not just Donald Trump, but anyone who might support him.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Why the everloving fuck would the DOJ appeal an asylum grant?

Like, the judge says "yeah, you're good" and the DOJ just says "no we don't actually want you here"? Rotten.

They have great schools in Germany.

They were granted asylum until the DOJ decided nah, they shouldn't actually. They went through the proper process.

It is obvious that it is selective enforcement. But why? I am thinking the family annoyed somebody and has a friend in DOJ. I have lived and worked in that area. Some parts are not very friendly to outsiders.

Fairly sure they were uncomfortable with the finding that a major NATO partner was engaged in religious persecution.

I’m sure you’re correct regarding the DOJ logic, but I would submit that everybody ignores common place religious persecution by NATO member Turkey.
