illuminated video advertisement that looked projected onto the side of the car door
I had seen something odd last night. A car driving, crossing the intersection in front of me, had an illuminated video advertisement that looked projected onto the side of the door. It went too fast to see any detail. Sure grabbed my attention. The only thing I can imagine is a projector in the side mirror?
Has anyone seen anything like this or know about it?

I used to see trucks with video projectors driving around projecting ads on the sides of buildings.

Sounds like an illuminated logo decal. They’re made of an electroluminescent material and powered by a 12v inverter.
