He works at a grocery store across the street. I just sent him with my card to buy dad a 12 pack. Ahhhh this is starting to pay off! Smile

I know if I asked him to cut the front lawn or bring the cans in, I would not be met with as much enthusiasm.

Just curious, did that 12-pack have only ten cans in it by the time you had your hands on it?

I'm headed to the Kettlehead Brewing Company taproom today with my somewhat recently turned 21 YO son for a flight of 'Citra Heavy' IPA's accompanied with some pretzel Bites, followed by lunch paired with a pint of our favorite selection from the over TWENTY mouthwatering hazy IPA's on the Taplist! Cool

Enjoy this new phase of adventure / life experiences with your son! Smile

Shrinkflation.

"The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford, "it is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them. They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards."
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."
"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard, then the wrong lizard might get in."

Sure...Are you local? Granite Stater? Looks like we're gonna be headed to the Tilton location/taproom in a little bit. Wink

Not even close. Chicago suburbs.
I don’t like the city much but if you ever come rolling through, let me know. Chicago does have great food. As far as ballgames… hit or miss.
