I have a rather high end MSI that has been problematic. I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad business pad for use by the wife/business partner. I'm lucky to have a brick & mortar store called MicroCenter near me. They have great prices and service. They don't have any stores in Arkansas, but you can shop at the Denver store to compare models. They are very competitively priced. I have a 14S-IWL Lenovo that I bought at least 5 years ago. Still going strong and very fast startup due to having solid state hard drive, not a disc. If I wanted a new one I'd look up the present equivalent model.
