My son's recovery took about 6 weeks. He wasn't allowed to go to the lunchroom, recess, "specials" or gym for those 6 weeks. He wasn't allowed to take quizzes or tests. He wasn't allowed anywhere there was noise. If he class was doing any of those things, he had to sit in the class room or go sit in the principle's office.

At home: No TV, no running around, no music, etc...

It was a long 6 weeks.
