gpbst3Plexi glass over the walls. Paint the side against the wall your desired color. Should be easier to clean the next time around.

a1abdjI'm confident that there's a food safe paint/epoxy that will resist anything sticking to it.
Outside of that what about a temporary adhesive film for the wall? Put it up when you're working, and put it in the trash when you're done.

This, get the thin fiberglass sheets made for commercial showers and stuff and simply glue them to the walls. Easy peasy clean up.

SW_SigFRP is used a lot in hospitals for easier clean up and it is easier to sterilize.
It is used some in commercial kitchens as well.

BeancookerThank you all for the replies.
Those that think this can be cleaned with a simple scrub, have no idea what it’s like to have years worth of garlic, onion, cinnamon, chili, cumin, and many other oily powders caked on a wall. It’s almost like a paint unto itself.
I think at this time I am just concerned in cleaning what we have without peeling the paint. I will look into this more in the near future.
If we will be here for years to come, then I’ll look into FRP or something similar. If we look at building a new warehouse, then you can bank on the fact I’ll be back for suggestions for what will work best.
Thank you to everyone for your input.
Looks like a pressure washer with a foam wand and soap, then scrub brush, then wide pattern pressure rinse.

a1abdjThey make scrubbing heads for power washers that may be less messy than just spraying the walls. May also eliminate the manual scrubbing.

Hamden106I repeat - FRP
I used to work at local govt. We had public pools and covered shower room block with FRP. One of the best things govt ever did.

BeancookerSo, it turned out to be a pressure washer with a foaming attachment. Lots of simple green. Deck brush in the walls. High pressure rinse. Squeegee to shed the water.
