Il CattivoHmm. She faces only two charges despite having (apparently) delivered multiple documents, and there's an unidentified "unindicted co-conspirator" involved who's (apparently) a colleague in the Treasury that outranks her.
I wonder if that means she cut a deal? Or if the separate "whistle blower" complaint she made earlier is shielding her to the extent that the DOJ doesn't want to make her prosecution look like it might be retaliation for whistle blowing? Looking forward to seeing how this plays out.
