No need for any 'black site' just following the law and prosecuting appropriately should be enough. Problem is there's too much discretionary privilege along an entire chain of law enforcement and justice. While this is all on record and a case is pending, there's clearly a lack of interest in seeing this case prosecuted; from a AG office that is nonchalant to a judge issuing bail instead of holding the suspects due to their priors, to who bailed these guys out. One of these guys is on an expired student visa, the other on a terror watch list. One should be in processing for deportation, the other has a history of misbehavior and should detained in jail until his court date. |
