Did you buy it at a trade show? The reason I ask is the people in the booths have to carry out everything they don't sell or give away so on the last day they try to get rid of it all.

Many languages. 1 is in English. Every smallengine tool I've purchased in the last 10 years comes with multiple engine manuals
