Link? Do you know if they caught the person who smashed in his windows? Hopefully dude didn't hire a couple of Nigerian brothers to hoax a window smashing.

Cut and plug
| She broke the windows according to DPD. However the DA is declining to prosecute due to the fact he assaulted her.
I guess if you get assaulted in Dallas you can do whatever you want to get even with the attacker’s. |

There was a traffic dispute and the dude assaulted her, big time. Here's a quote from the linked news article: quote: She said after she moved her car into the parking lot, Shuffield followed her and they got into an argument. When she tried calling 911, Shuffield slapped her phone out of her hand, she told officers.
Cellphone video taken by a witness showed Shuffield smack Lee's phone to the ground before punching her at least five times. He was also accused of pulling a gun on Lee.
Shuffield was arrested following the incident and charged with one count of assault and interference with an emergency call. His charges were upgraded last week to also include unlawfully carrying a weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
It certainly was not right for her to smash the dude's truck windows, but I can understand (not condone) what she did.

Do you know what the dollar limit is for retribution? Like would it be still OK for her to have doused his car in gas and lit it on fire? Or maybe cut off one or two of his fingers? Are there some felonies that are OK for retribution and some that are not? Or is it some kind of time limit? Maybe one week after attack max to seek revenge, if you can't achieve revenge in 7 days time you forfeit you right to revenge? How does race play into it? Is it only OK for black people to seek revenge against white people or does it go both ways? What if one person in the altercation is Phillipino and the other is 1/2 black, 1/2 white. How are situations like that handled?
