Yup, formerly in wireless, cellular service is always based, the choice of what you go with, with reception in your area. I have friends in Maui. I had them reach out to people they know, drive around the island where they go to surf, and view reception (bars) the entire time. Cheap deals are great but they sure suck if you have reception issues. You never know when you'll need 911 for Police, Fire, or Ambulance.
