Sedition

Sedition is the crime of revolting or inciting revolt against government. However, because of the broad protection of free speech under the First Amendment, prosecutions for sedition are rare. Nevertheless, sedition remains a crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2384 (2000), a federal statute that punishes seditious conspiracy, and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2385 (2000), which outlaws advocating the overthrow of the federal government by force. Generally, a person may be punished for sedition only when he or she makes statements that create a Clear and Present Danger to rights that the government may lawfully protect (schenck v. united states, 249 U.S. 47, 39 S. Now, the fun - it is obvious on the face of it that the Dimocrats are actively attempting to overthrow our duly and legally elected president. So - all of them are seditious. ‘... makes statements that create a Clear and Present Danger to rights that the government may lawfully protect.”

Call in the military to detain the criminals and send the to Guantanamo. Then let due process take its slow course.

I know YOU are saying this tongue-in-cheek, but I ain't. Been saying/asking it for MONTHS...every last one of these sunsabitches that are pulling this crap should be charged with SEDITION; plain and simple. If what they're doing DOESN'T fit the exact definition, I don't know what does. If only SOMEONE in the Republican Party had the testicular fortitude to do so...

Maybe someone like Jay Sekulow could answer that question.
