One person arrested after attack outside Boulder County Historic Courthouse during pro-Israel demonstration

Six people were burned, some severely, in an attack on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall during a vigil that called on Hamas to release Israeli hostages.

Mark Michalek, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Denver field office, characterized the incident as a “targeted act of violence” and said it’s under investigation as terrorism in a Sunday evening news briefing, echoing a statement from FBI Director Kash Patel earlier that day.

The six victims were between the ages of 67 and 88, Michalek said. Four were taken to the Boulder Community Health hospital and two were airlifted to the University of Colorado’s burn unit in Aurora with more severe injuries.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, a 45-year-old man whom bystanders pointed out to police officers outside the Boulder County Historic Courthouse, was arrested, Michalek said.

Soliman used a makeshift flamethrower and threw incendiary devices into the crowd gathered outside the courthouse to harm them, Michalek said.

Egyptian National Who Was In US Illegally Set Multiple People On Fire At Boulder Pro-Israeli March

https://www.zerohedge.com/poli...ody-following-terror

According to Fox news reporter Bill Melugin, three DHS sources said that the Boulder terror suspect is an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally as a visa overstay who entered the U.S. during the Biden administration.

According to the report, Mohamed Sabry Soliman arrived at LAX on 8/27/22 on a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa with an authorized stay through 2/26/23, but he overstayed & never left.

Then, on 9/29/22, he filed some sort of claim with USCIS, potentially an asylum claim, and on 3/29/23, USCIS under the Biden admin gave him work authorization, which expired on 3/28/25.

Egypt is a huge part of the problem. Egypt should be forced to take everyone from Gaza, which is where most of them originated.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Pretty tough to describe that as a flame thrower.
Doesn't anyone in Bolder own a gun?

Do---or do not.

It's Colorado. Soliman will probably work his way onto the ballot for the next Boulder City Council election and get a fair number of votes.

It’s infuriating watching news pundits saying his motive was unknown. Holy hell, he’s yelling “Free Palestine” while throwing Molotov cocktails at a Jewish march. Sounds like we need a modern day Sherlock Holmes to figure out why he did it.

They don’t have the death sentence. So he can stay right here where the crime occurred and be tried under our laws.

Probably worth talking to Egypt about him. I don’t think they like the idea of one of their citizens fire bombing a peaceful demonstration. They might have an idea or two about trial and punishment.

The only way to deal with these animals is to kill them all. No ceasefire, no peace talks. Wipe them off the planet.

An illegal immigrant radical muslim who sets people on fire. Trifecta from hell.

Three kinds of muslims exist:
- Reform: those that don't take the koran seriously. They might be able to coexist with the West.
- Radical: they want to murder us.
- Moderate: they want the radicals to murder us.

Out of 1.6 billion muslims, one-fifth of the planet's population, how many can truly coexist with the west? And the left in this country wonder why we want to carefully vet people coming into the country.

I hate offended people. They come in two flavours - huffy and whiny - and it's hard to know which is worst. The huffy ones are self-important, narcissistic authoritarians in love with the sound of their own booming disapproval, while the whiny, sparrowlike ones are so annoying and sickly and ill-equipped for life on Earth you just want to smack them round the head until they stop crying and grow up.

I hope he gets put down. Quickly.

These things continue to happen only because there are no consequences. Anyone who's raised a child or a dog knows that piss poor behavior will continue and progress unless and until there is punishment for said behavior. That punishment needs to be severe and rapid. Enough with the umpteen appeals and the waiting three years for a trial. Within a week this animal needs to be in front of a jury and the trial should last no longer than a day or two.

Look at Mangione. Committed murder on camera last December. His trial date won't be until 2026 if we're lucky. Ridiculous. He should be decomposing by now.

This animal confessed. His crime is on camera. Put him down. Yesterday.

Hmmm... I believe if I encountered the dude holding Molotov Cocktails in both hands, I may have just gone ahead and plinked him.
Probably not a socially acceptable thing to do in Boulder, though!

Boulder. That's all you need to know. (I lived in Arvada, not far from Boulder, for two years during the mid 1980s. Back then we called them a bunch a hippie flower children. Today we would describe them as "woke.")

And of course he is a supporter of Palestine/Hamas and anti-Israel. He is a pure product of the Democrat Party, it is no exaggeration that they created this guy and situation.

Yes they did. They created the world and conditions that allow animals like this amongst us. No way sending his ass to Israel, he would be released to Hamas as part of the prisoner exchange deals. In fact, I bet Hamas will put that on their "demands".

Well, in the Commonwealth of Kentucky arson and attempted arson are specifically listed in deadly force statues.
