Looking for an exterior light I can switch on, on the inside wall that will illuminate a small set of stairs. An led that will last as it would be used all the time. Thanks "Practice like you want to play in the game"

Thanks Big S, I just do not do the Amazon thing. Maybe Ace, homedepot, Walmart, etc. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

If solar will work then these might be an option.... https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mai...t-3-Lumens/973668204 We have something similar on our deck. _____________________ Be careful what you tolerate. You are teaching people how to treat you.

Thanks KH, It is pretty shaded there so not sure solar would work. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

Does it need to be battery powered instead of house power?

That would be preferable. but I do have 110v on site. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

Rather than switched, consider motion detection option perhaps? You only have integrity once. - imprezaguy02

Maybe, but a switched is preferred. As it will need to be on when exiting the structure. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

I have a number of regular and LED lights controlled by both motion sensors and smart switches based on the SmartThings platform. I can control lots of stuff like lights, door locks and plugs with this system. Home depot had a $10 battery operated, motion activated led that seemed good. I did not pull the trigger as it required three C batteries which seemed odd to me. Still looking. Thanks guys. "Practice like you want to play in the game"
