E-mailing a HUGE video file

Short story, I need to send a friend a 125 mb video. I’ve got an iPhone and he’s got an Android phone, so iCloud’s out. I can’t post it on Facebook for him to pick up from there for security reasons.

Is there any way to electronically get it to him, or do I need to connect my iPhone to my Mac, put the video on there, and then copy it to a thumb drive?

FTP. One sets up a server and the other a client.

On Mac go to sharing and turn on FTP.

both of you need to download WhatsApp and you send pics and videos for free

I just dropbox before and it was just ok. You need to create a link and other bull crap. I always had issues. Whatsapp has been far superior

Though I can't think of much I'd feel less secure about that uploading it to Google.

Might as well upload it to Youtube and make it unlisted, send him the link.

Since no one suggested it, I will. How about just uploading the video to your YouTube channel (assuming you have one) and let him either watch it there or download it.
