Can you put me in touch with your subcontractor?

Whether you are legally an "elderly person" depends, as they say, on both years and mileage. Here is the definition -- I will let you decide if it applies: “Elderly person” means a person 60 years of age or older who is suffering from the infirmities of aging as manifested by advanced age or organic brain damage, or other physical, mental, or emotional dysfunctioning, to the extent that the ability of the person to provide adequately for the person’s own care or protection is impaired.
I'm pretty sure that mental infirmity does not apply, notwithstanding what "they" say about me.

Emotional? Well, he has really pissed me off. The more I think about it, the more I have to remember, "You are NOT allowed to shoot them!" (That's a joke, son).

Physical? Yeah, I am pretty mobility limited. I can no longer do typical homeowner tasks on my own. I do mow the lawn, with a self-propelled walk-behind mower, but that's about the limit of what I can do, and I do need to rest after that.

I guess I would be "elderly" in the spirit of the definition.

I need to check with my neighbor who is also a victim of this guy, pretty sure that it's not PC to ask a woman her age, but it's for a good cause.

You fit the definition of elderly. Around here elderly starts at 60, senior citizen at 65. There are stiffer criminal penalties for assaulting someone as well. {Road rage incident with 18 year old taking baseball bat to a guy over 60. The Judge really threw the book at the kid.
