Brought my own hotspot, take that Duke.
I'm at Duke today for son #1's back surgery. I forgot I had my MiFi with me until their wifi blocked me from checking sigforum. ;+)

I guess I'm subversive.

It was fine. He flew home on Air Canada business class and has been at home for about a month. He's been busy getting a few opinions a bunch of tests and chose to have the procedure at Duke.

Very impressive place and staff. Very happy with his choice of Neurosurgeon.

I use my iPhone as a hotspot sometimes.

You can also use a VPN to bypass restrictions.

About four years ago I took a overnight sleep study at Botsford Hospital's satellite facility, the old Michigan Children's Hospital in Farmington Hills.

I was blocked from the forum as it fell under the "weapons" category.

But I was able to read the old Crime TV website that dealt with all kinds of violence and mayhem. I stayed on that for a couple of hours so if they monitored what was watched they got their money's worth. Never tried porn, wonder if it was filtered out also?

I think I tried to hit sigforum on the thingey when I was waiting at the hospital recently, also blocked.

Get a VPN. I use TunnelBear for it's simplicity.

You should get in the habit of using a VPN whenever on a public network.

It is, and has been for a number of decades. I was a part time orderly there during my student days in the 1960's, in the psych ward no less.
