HARRISBURG, Pa. – To the great disappointment of tens of thousands of sportsmen and women, COVID-related governmental restrictions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will prevent the 2021 Great American Outdoor Show from being held as scheduled on February 6-14, 2021.
Since the NRA created the Great American Outdoor Show in 2014, the show has been a much-anticipated annual event and a major boon for the state and local economy. More than 1,100 exhibitors and tens of thousands of people from Pennsylvania and indeed around the country and globe would converge on the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex each year contributing approximately $75 million to area businesses and state coffers, according to official local estimates.
The NRA will certainly miss the opportunity to celebrate America’s great firearm, hunting, fishing and outdoor heritage, but we look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones at the Great American Outdoor Show scheduled to be held February 5 – 13, 2022.

98XJRCI have nothing left to add except that I can not wait until Wolfe is put of office. Every Republican lead bill concerning loosening his restrictions since Covid has started he has Vetoed. The man needs to go and I’m extremely disappointed in my fellow statesmen for electing this fool not once but twice.

10X-ShooterThe Nashville show was cancelled last time. I was looking forward to that one. Speaking of the NRA. Where the hell are they?

bigdealMaybe I'm missing something but couldn't the promoters see this coming and opt to move the show to a 'free' state? I'm sure another city/state would have loved to have had the revenue and attention the show generates.

If I’m not mistaken that event happened due to the event organizers agreeing not to take Wolfe and Levine to court for exceeding their power and unconstitutional guidelines. I thought I heard that after the event someone released the agreement they signed with the state. Stayed very hush hush with the main stream media.

Have you been tracking what this asshole has been doing though?
He vetoes EVERY Republican-led piece of legislation designed to ease restrictions or help businesses survive, then a week or two later he comes out with this “bright idea” that is essentially WHAT HE VETOED, but like a half measure and then proceeds to take all the credit for it.
Pennsylvania hasn’t been ruled by a King since George III but this guy has been acting like a complete monarch since this pandemic began and I suspect he really enjoys it.
