For grins, check the pig tail connection to the trailer.

A couple years back we had our trailer serviced at CW. After picking it up, I was getting the ‘trailer disconnected’ notification from the truck.

I tried everything with the plug and truck but no luck.

Come to find out the kid at CW yanked on the pig tail with their tow motor and it damaged the connection in the J box. Worked fine after they rewired the pig tail to the trailer.
