I use the T1 copy from primary arms mounted on an ADM QR mount. Pleased with results. Purchased several years ago. Not sure about current models.

Bushnell Trophy TRS-25 Red Dot Sight Riflescope
I have this on 2 10/22's. A year ago these could be had for under $60.

Second vote for the Bushnell. Good bang for the buck.

I remember trying to decide between the PA and the bushnell. Can’t remember why i chose the PA. Maybe because i wanted to choose my mount rather than integrated mount? Looks like a good choice.

For low price try AT3 tactical. They have an OEM version of the TRS-25 that is better and available with a rubber cover with integrated lens caps.

I am really liking the Holosun/Primary Arms ACSS sights now. Awesome reticle.

I originally tried red dots on 10/22s, but with my aging eyes and astigmatism, I found the Bugbuster scope to be a more affordable and effective alternative as I needed some magnification.

Holds zero and fits in the OEM case (as with velcro inside and straps it is adjustable). This is the setup on a 10/22 Lite.

I may have spoken too soon. Lately, my eyesight has been going downhill pretty fast. Cataract surgery has been recommended, but that is a few weeks away. Now, I’m thinking about waiting to see how that turns out before trying a red dot. Thank you very much for the interesting suggestions.

I tried a few different red dots and finally did the “picture" test. In all of the pictures the dot was clear and well… a dot.
(Not the hallucinogenic starburst I was seeing). I have several Romeo 7s on rifles and have been able to adjust them with good results.

Some say a green dot optic works better with astigmatism- Good luck!

The Sig Romeo, which is made by Holosun, and Holosun. That's where I'd start.

Agreed the Romeo/Holosun is a lot of bang for the buck.
