I purchased a flashlight, with a picatinny mount from this company and the pressure switch failed. I considered not worrying about it, since where the light is mounted I could manipulate the also included click switch. However, I like having the momentary feature of the pressure switch so I contacted them, explained the problem and offered to pay for it. In their response they expressed regret for the issue and asked for my name and address. The package arrived today, I was sort of puzzled by the size and when I took it out of the mailbox, I thought it a little heavy for a pressure switch. Well, upon opening the box I found that not only had they sent me a pressure switch they included another flashlight! I immediately fired off a reply, thanking them for what they did. Nice to deal with a company that treats their customers well.
