Interesting hypothetical...
So in Maryland, I would have raised the "horseplay exception" as a defense. Might have gotten away with that one.
Now in your case, depending on what state the claim is filed in, there may be diffent rules re: co-employee involvement, so whether you follow the Frenchman's lead and pick up a stranger in the hotel bar or play it safe (or not) with one of your cabin crew could make a difference to your claim, not to mention any possible third-party actions.
Also, without researching it, I'm willing to bet that any MHC-related activities would be covered by some federal statute and I don't practice federal workers' comp, which is a whole different animal. That might actually kick in once the door closes, regardless of whether you're airborne, actually. You probably know the FAA regs better than I do on that.
Good luck, Captain.

I predict that there will be many suggestions and statements about the law made here, and some of them will be spectacularly wrong. - jhe888

With this ruling, the next “logical” conclusion is that Employers could be subject to fines for not having MSDS for semen

A thing called Google Search....

Oddly enough, not a lot of representation from Brazil in the form of weather ladies, so you'll have to settle on the representatives from Mexico.
