ElToroKnife line in a jewelry store...
Years ago my boss went on vacation to France and broughtme a “Laguiole en Aubrac” folder as a gift. That’s the brand name. Made in France. I don’t use it hard but it’s very nice and more of a conversation piece. Very artsy and aesthetically pleasing. The have models in the $50-400 MSRP including steak knife sets.

whanson_wiI misunderstood the thread title. I thought you were saying you already had people lining up out the door to buy your knives. Hopefully, it was prophetic!

RileyChris Reeves.
Shun kitchen knives or others.
Maybe Dozier if they are somewhat available.
I don’t know if there is a market but Winkler knives would be good too.

lymanwe carry microtech, I think, and one other brand,
looked into Case, but decided not to at this time,
we did, finally, manage to hook up with Opinel, not the most expensive or trendy knife company, but they make a good product
