Well. She had plenty of chances to spend the last days with friends, family, and followers. Instead she chose to thumb Trump in the eye.
No Fond final memories. Just a gutted legacy of her own doing.
My Great grandfather and grandfather on my dads side died of massive heart attacks, never getting to say goodbye. She squandered that gift.
Whatever deity she worshiped gave her plenty of exit signs, yet she chose to run headlong into the abyss.
Hopefully she will find peace, but it won't be because of her actions.

Bitter partisan shrew.
She could have been silent about her politics and let her opinions do the talking for her. She would have been universally respected and admired, even among those who disagreed with her decisions.
But once she became Trump-deranged, she showed herself to be everything a SCOTUS justice is not supposed to be. She was proud of being a political actor rather than a neutral arbiter, and for that reason, I say good riddance.
