Could you, would you...?

Please take this photo:

- Remove the background
- Remove the neck and face
- Ideally all I want is the arm, sleeve, and the collar
- Give it one of those backgrounds so that I can use it in a forum thread and it will 'blend' I just don't want it to look like a pasted "square" but more like it belongs on the page (hopefully that makes sense?)

To add...
- is it possible to shrink it down halfway too?

No. I am a mod on a military based board and one of the Admins has a creative way changing his avatar to let folks know the hammer is about to fall on someone. Being a "mod" I don't have ban-power, but I can suspend and aggressively correct as necessary.
