Just like guns,
Salt is not evil and problematic.

It's consumption in disproportionately large amounts combined with other heath concerns is when problems start to show up.

Blood pressure, obesity, caloric numbers, caffeine levels, smoking or alcohol consumption.

Salt can be one of the building blocks of problematic health concerns.

Moderation is the key.
Like many other aspects of a healthy life style.

If only this moderation thing had been impressed upon me when I was in my formative years.
