bitterclingerPosting photos?
What is the best and easiest way to attach photos of a firearm to an ad in the Classifieds Section? I've struggled with this forever. I've seen Photobucket being used, but I see that they started charging some hefty fees last year. What do members recommend for a free image hosting site (if that's what I need) that makes the process of uploading and sharing photos easy for a low-tech guy? I'll appreciate any and all help!

molachiLook in the "Sig Forum Office" next to last in the forums listed. There is a post about how to post pictures.

Thanks, 12131. I saw Imgur in my searching. I'll check it out further, as well as Postimage. Outstanding photos in your P228 thread . . not to mention the awesome thread itself.

Thanks, molachi! There are actually two threads -- one started by MongO and one by ds1962, both in Dec. '17. I should be able to learn this.

SigSauerP226I was recently told about post image and it was really easy. Imgur is probably better if you want to create a profile and have multiple pics. I couldn't figure out how to re-size my pics on imgur though. It was easy on postimage

FYI, You can set up an account, and create albums/directories to keep you images organized in postimage.

muddle_mann http://postimages.org/ is pretty basic but very easy to use
I also like imgur.com. It puts decent sized thumbnails that get larger/more detailed when clicked on.
