Regarding taking another look at the criminality of the Crimson Kenyan's Fast and Furious operation, choom-boy declared that all documents and evidence related to this scheme be protected under Executive Privilege (even though he said that he knew nuth'n about any of it, and apparently one cannot place records under EP if you are not aware of or have knowledge of them).

If it is revealed somehow that the operation was conducted in bad faith and had elements of criminality, could the EP on the documentation be rescinded?

Just before president stompy foot declared EP on the file, holder was yammering on that the country would face a 'constitutional crisis' if F&F information was made public. The commie goat fucker was in a near panic when he made that statement if I recall.
