It’s Inez which has a population around like 500 people.
Surprised it got any media attention at all.

Kentucky is a nice place for the most part. Lots of land to be had. However it’s not as cheap as it used to be and rising in price rapidly for some reason even where there is nothing around.
Bigger cities not as enjoyable but only a few of those here.
