Chicken feet soups are the best! Every culture (except the USA) has great chicken feet soups. The Chinese are are tangy and spicy. The Greeks have it in an egg/lemon soup. Italians and Norwegians have a tomato based soup. It goes on and on. Don’t knock it till you tried it. | |||
