You get the value of the vehicle plus any mandatory states fees (sales tax+ license plate transfer, etc) less the deductible.

The value will be based on what others are selling for in the area, not kbb.

Do your own research for similar vehicles to provide them. Also any documentation showing it was in above average conditions (regularly detailed, new tires, etc).
