What people (the sensible ones anyway) are against is illegal immigration. Everyone (the sensible ones) should be able to agree that we need to stop illegal immigration. After that first immigration priority is fixed, then we can talk about tightening up the rest of the immigration system. As a conservative, I would be against limiting out of country transfers to Central and South America. Why only those two regions? And why restraint what people do with their property that they legally obtained? I understand you're trying to fix illegal immigration but two wrongs don't make a right. The illegal immigration process has no problem moving actual bodies across borders. The illegal drug trade has no problem moving money across borders. And, whether legal or illegal, immigrants should be totally ineligible for 'all' government assistance for a period of ten years, and 'any' run ins with the law would result in immediate deportation of the offender and all related family. And by 'all' government programs I mean if they can't prove they're here legally, no service at the emergency room and no school for their kids. Native Americans are also immigrants. Most came over from Siberia. Then how do you measure "Native American Heritage"? Tribal membership? Most tribes aren't recognized by the government and tribes have different requirements for membership. My grandparents were immigrants. They stood in line at Ellis Island, passed the screenings, spoke English and became citizens. Now we have illegal immigrants that don't learn English, don't pay taxes, and don't become part of America. Recall standing in line for a movie. well, thats were most of the illegals and OTM's come from and why would anyone need to wire cash out of the country on a regular basis - maybe because they're being paid cash as day labor, don't have any withholding yes, there are legitimate reasons to wire money - you can always go to a bank...oh wait...you need a bank account to do that...something an illegal wouldn't have because he doesn't have a real ID... cut off the money and there is no longer an incentive to come here, make greenbacks and send them back to your home country this has nothing to do with narcotics [B] Against ALL enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC | |||
