I found a 1909 German Lutheran Hymnal. Its in pretty good shape, but the covers are starting to come free of the spine.

Anyone familiar with someone to have it fixed?

Any reason you created a new thread on this?

I would check with any local used book stores in your area. If they do not do any restoration see if they can recommend someone.
Also check with either your local public library or any collage library's in your area.
