Finally sealed the deal on a home!!!

Congrats Beancooker, I love the bedroom set and I wish I had a water hook up in my garage.

I downsized a little too much recently...and we're having pains from it.

On the other hand... zero mortgage.

I keep telling myself that every time I encounter yet another thing to fix.

I just need to get busy with some outbuildings.
