Went from this

To this

My wife thinks I'm nuts, but I wanted it to look like my truck. Something you don't see on too many F350s.

I don't like 99.99% of the "custom" grills I see, too cheesy-blingy. That one looks great! Like it could be OEM, but just different enough.

Where did you get it and do they have F150 versions?

Now coat the bumpers to match.
I hate chrome.

Are you not allowed to have mounts in the house either??

Found it on Flee bay. I believe you can find a few different variations for your F150. Mine was from a company based in the Phoenix area. Put Raptor or raptor style in your search.

The upfitter switch came in handy to wire it up to, but man do they bury those wires, and make them a bit too short.

Too many to put in the house. The moose would take up half the house!

Me too, a vinyl coat in the same color on the bumpers would look killer. I just saw an entire Ram in that color of matte grey and asked the owner if it was factory or a matte overcoat. He said the truck was blue so he had the whole thing vinyl wrapped. (bumpers too).

Interesting, didn't know you could vinyl wrap them.

That does look good. I also like the idea of vinyl wrapping the bumpers to match.

The only problem with vinyl wrapping is that it has a somewhat limited lifespan and would need to be re-wrapped in the future.

If you wanted a permanent look I would look into powder coating it.

I would have them Line X'd.
Pretty sure this is a fairly new truck to him.
I would have the bed, rockers, and bumpers done especially if one plan on keeping it a long time.
You will save yourself from rocker rust. My 17 year old Silverado sure wishes the rockers were coated years ago.

As a Ford guy, I think it looks great. And looks like it will get more cooling air into the engine compartment if you tow/haul stuff.

Not a big fan of the Raptor grille on the 2015+ F150, but it looks good here.

With that install do you get a larger monthly advertising check from FORD? Wink I like custom grills in the big Fords, but lean toward the ones that delete the manufacturing logo all together. After all, everybody knows its a FORD. Smile
